ShiokScores are editorial ratings based on analysis of publicly available reviews and food media. They represent our assessment of each stall's strengths across specific dish dimensions. They are opinions, not guarantees of your experience.
Food quality varies by day, time, and preparation. A high ShiokScore means a stall consistently performs well across the dimensions we measure. It does not mean every plate will be identical.

Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to keep stall information (addresses, hours, prices) accurate. Hawker stalls change hours, close temporarily, and adjust prices without notice. Verify details directly with the stall before visiting, especially for stalls known to sell out early.
